USA & Canada orders: important information

We can now supply certain rollerski equipment to the USA and Canada and welcome customers from these countries. The following information applies -

* there is no additional charge for orders of rollerskis and boots to the USA and Canda - ie you pay the same as UK customers (the price displayed on the website). New for 2010, we can now supply rollerski packages, including rollerskis, boots and poles, for no extra charge due to new lower carriage charges from Fedex and UPS;

* the extra cost of delivery to the USA and Canada is offset by us not having to charge UK sales tax on these orders (currently 20%);

* we do not supply small orders of poles to the USA and Canda, because of the high cost of sending long parcels. But we can supply poles with orders of rollerskis or rollerski packages;

* we do supply our bindings and accessories (pole tips, books, padding, etc) to customers in the USA and Canada - but only within orders including rollerskis and / or boots;

* we use courier companies to deliver our parcels - usually Fedex, UPS or DHL. Delivery time is normally within 4 working days, and we can provide tracking details on request;

* you may be charged import duties by US customs, although often parcels pass through customs with no charges being applied;

* if boots do not fit, you can return them to us, and we will send replacements free of charge. However, it will be more expensive for you to post them to us than to dealers in the US and Canada so beware!
