Cairngorm biathlon & nordic ski club launches in Aviemore, Scotland

Today saw the launch of the website of the Cairngorm Biathlon & Nordic Ski Club (CBNSC), the UK's only civilian club catering for the sport of biathlon (shooting and skiing).

This club, which has been in the offing for the last year or so, is the brainchild of local biathlete, Sir Mike Dixon CBE. Some of its members took part in the recent Scottish Rollerski Championships (round 5 of the GB rollerski championships), and won the team relay race.
