The celebrity pair were in training for an arduous personal challenge - cross-country skiing and climbing their way across the arctic. We were able to help them develop their balance, technique and ski specific strength and fitness prior to departure, to help them overcome the difficulties of skiing in such demanding conditions. They were followed by a Sky One film crew, and the whole adventure will be screened on Thursday 6th October 2005, as part of Sky's 'Excellent Adventure' series.
